Please note: When reservations are made through third-party partners (e.g., airlines, smaller travel agencies), we do not receive any contact details for the guest, and the guest often does not receive all necessary information about their booking—such as check-in time, breakfast arrangements, or other essential details. Reservations via B2B Channels (Other than Booking.com or Airbnb)
If your reservation was made through a platform or agency other than Booking.com or Airbnb (e.g., EasyJet, Expedia, Hays Travel, or a travel agency), you are kindly requested to contact us prior to arrival. In most of these cases, guests have not received complete information about their stay, and we often do not have any direct contact details for the guest. To ensure a smooth check-in process:-

Upon receipt of this information, we will provide you with all check-in details—most importantly, the access code for your apartment. Please be advised that, without this code, check-in will not be possible.

Check-In and Check-Out Times

Check-in is available from 14:00 onward.

Should you require an earlier check-in, please notify us in advance; we will accommodate early arrivals only if the apartment is unoccupied on the day of your arrival.

Check-out is no later than 10:00. We kindly ask for your punctuality to allow our housekeeping team sufficient time to prepare the apartment for the next guests.

24/7 Video Surveillance
For the safety and security of all guests, the main entrance and corridors are under constant video surveillance. -
Parking
We do not offer private parking spaces. Guests may park on nearby streets; please note that a city parking fee of approximately PLN 4 per hour (applies as of 2025). -
Breakfast Service
Breakfast is served daily from 08:00 to 12:00 in winery, Wine Garage, located in the basement of our building. If these hours are not convenient—particularly in cases where your reservation includes breakfast—please inform us in advance. We can either refund the breakfast charge or propose an alternative arrangement. -
Cleaning, Towels, and Linen
Daily cleaning, towel replacement, and bed linen changes are not included in the standard rate. Towels and linens are provided for each apartment; additional linens or towels are considered an extra service and may be requested during your stay for an additional fee. -
Self-Service Apartments (No Reception Desk)
Please be advised that we operate on a self-service basis; there is no reception desk on site. Winery (Wine Garage) and Co-working Office (Cluster Cowork) are not affiliated with our apartments and cannot provide assistance. All inquiries should be directed to contact@wineapartments.pl. -
Complaints and Suggestions
Should you have any complaints or suggestions, we kindly request that you send them via email to contact@wineapartments.pl. Your feedback is invaluable in helping us maintain high standards of service. -
House Rules
To ensure a safe, comfortable environment for all guests, the following are strictly prohibited within the building:-
Parties or gatherings.

Smoking inside the apartment or corridors (all cigarettes, including e-smoking and IQOS, are strictly prohibited).
