Our building does not have a lift.All apartments are accessible only by stairs. Please bear this in mind when planning your stay.

Access codes and self check-in

An individual access code lets you enter the building and your apartment. If we have your email address, we send it by 12:00 noon on the day before arrival. There is no reception desk. Wine Garage and the coworking office do not act as reception.
Check-in and check-out

Check-in is from 14:00; check-out is by 10:00. Ask in advance about early arrival, which depends on apartment availability. Late check-out may be available for an extra charge; please ask at least one day ahead.
Bookings through Hotelbeds, easyJet or other B2B travel agencies

For bookings through Hotelbeds, easyJet or other B2B travel agencies, we may not receive your email address. Please email contact@wineapartments.pl so we can send your access code. Include your name and arrival date.
Stairs and no lift

Our building does not have a lift. All apartments are accessible only by stairs. Studio Chardonnay, Chardonnay New and Chardonnay with kitchenette are on the fourth floor.
Staying with children

Studios accommodate up to 2 guests; one additional small child may stay when sharing the existing beds. Duo Amarone has two bedrooms with double beds for 4 guests in total; up to two additional small children may stay when sharing the existing beds.
Parking

We do not have private parking. Street parking is available nearby in the city’s paid parking zone. Check the signs for current charges.
Breakfast

Wine Garage serves breakfast from 8:00 to 12:00. Confirm availability in advance during low season. If breakfast is included in your booking and these hours do not suit you, contact us before arrival. We can offer an alternative arrangement or a refund of the breakfast charge.
Cleaning, towels and linen

Towels and linen are provided for arrival. Daily cleaning and towel or linen changes are not included in the standard rate. Extra sets can be requested for an additional charge.
House rules

Parties, loud music and smoking are not allowed in the apartments or corridors. This includes e-cigarettes and IQOS devices. Read our full house rules and privacy policy.
Video surveillance

The main entrance and corridors are monitored around the clock.
