not longer than until the contract has been performed, and after its completion until the expiry of the limitation period for claims related to the contract (as a rule, a three-year limitation period) and fulfillment of obligations arising from legal provisions (including tax and accounting obligations)
in the case of processing personal data for marketing purposes - until you object to such processing (Article 21 (1) GDPR)
if the basis for the processing of personal data is your consent - until its withdrawal
in the case of recordings from monitoring - in principle for a period of 2 weeks. This deadline may be extended in the event of legal proceedings or of receiving notifications from authorized bodies.
